32°, cloudy, calm, no frost. Snowpack is fairly dense and top is crusty; where ever compacted by foot traffic or automobile, very icy conditions exist. Treacherous for walking and driving. Still have notable snow cover here, with thinner areas (0.5-1"), thicker swaths (2-4"), and some bare patches. Many places have 0.5 to 1 inch of slick ice. |
