The ground is very wet to the point of driving off of road surfaces is out of the question. Winter wheat looks normal. I noticed in the woods this week that Buttercups are coming out of the ground. They are up about 4-5 inches. Some trees are also showing buds. All stream beds are trickling water or have standing water. Within the last ten days we have received near 4 inches of rain.
