Conditions are near normal,  The trees are still green.  The lawns are their usual color.  Pond level is near normal.  Rainfall has been below normal (50 percent the normal amount) in July so far with above normal temperatures.  This could create mildly dry conditions toward the end of next week if we get little precipitation (less than 1/4" total during the next 7 days). The temperatures are forecasted to be above normal thru the next 7 day period.
