Frost Report: This morning in southern Lake County I’m observing mostly clear skies along with frost and ice covering all hard surfaces. 7 AM Conditions: 35°F (-4° in 24 hours), RH: 91%, Dew Point: 33.4°F, Frost Conditions: A Frost Coverage of greater than 75% is seen on local rooftops and on my lawn, along ice covering all hard surfaces here at 1,170' and just above our lake. |
